Why This Tool Exists
Understanding what ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100:D actually require — and honestly assessing where your organization stands — is harder than it sounds. This tool walks you through every scoreable clause, explains each requirement in plain language, and gives you a structured, defensible gap analysis without needing to hire a consultant for the first pass.
How It Works
Select your standard, then work through Clauses 4–10 in the left navigation. Score each sub-clause 0–10 using the maturity scale. Mark inapplicable Clause 8 sub-clauses as N/A with a documented justification. The tool calculates your weighted score in real time and normalizes for N/A exclusions. Complete the System Health layer, then view your full results and export a PDF report.
