About The QMS Collective, LLC

The QMS Collective, LLC is a consulting practice owned and operated by Clayton M. Kuehl, Principal Consultant, based in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. We provide aerospace quality management system consulting, gap assessment, ongoing support subscriptions, and intelligent QMS tools to small aerospace organizations.

Use of This Website

This website is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate contact with our consulting practice. You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

Consulting Services

Consulting engagements — including certification implementation, gap assessments, and ongoing support subscriptions — are governed by the specific engagement agreement or subscription terms agreed upon between The QMS Collective, LLC and the client at the time of engagement.

Information provided on this website describes our services generally and does not constitute a guarantee of specific outcomes. Certification timelines, gap assessment results, and implementation outcomes depend on factors specific to each organization, including management commitment, team participation, and current QMS maturity.

Certification outcomes are not guaranteed. While we work to position every client for success, final certification decisions rest with the registrar and the client organization.

Subscription Terms

Subscription services are billed monthly or annually as selected at enrollment. Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled with 30 days written notice. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after the first 14 days from the subscription start date, except where required by applicable law.

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with 60 days advance notice to active subscribers. Existing subscribers will not see price increases applied mid-term.

Access to subscription tools and advisory services is for the subscribing organization only and may not be transferred or shared with third parties.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, design, graphics, tool interfaces, and documentation — is the property of The QMS Collective, LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property law.

QMS tools provided through a subscription are licensed for use by the subscribing organization during the active subscription period. Tools and their underlying logic remain the intellectual property of The QMS Collective, LLC. Subscribers may export their own data from the tools at any time.

Client deliverables — gap assessment reports, QMS documentation, procedures, and forms — produced during a consulting engagement become the property of the client upon full payment for the engagement.

Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. Information shared during consulting engagements — including organizational details, quality system documentation, audit findings, and corrective action records — will not be disclosed to third parties without your written consent, except as required by law.

We ask that clients treat our proprietary tools, methodologies, and deliverable templates with the same confidentiality — not sharing them with third parties or competitors.

Limitation of Liability

The QMS Collective, LLC provides consulting services and tools based on nearly 30 years of aerospace QMS expertise. However, we cannot guarantee specific audit outcomes, registrar decisions, or customer acceptance of quality system implementations.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our liability for any claim arising from services rendered is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of this website or our services.

Disclaimer of Warranties

This website and its content are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make reasonable efforts to keep information current and accurate, but we do not warrant that all content is error-free or up to date. Standards transition information (IA9100, ISO 9001:2026) reflects current estimates and is subject to change when issuing bodies publish final schedules.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Kootenai County, Idaho.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. For active subscription clients, material changes will be communicated directly with reasonable advance notice.
